Flexowall is a high-performance SBS-modified waterproofing membrane, specially engineered for the vertical waterproofing of foundations and tanking systems.
With a thickness of 5 mm (196 mil), Flexowall is made from a premium styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer blend within an asphaltic compound. It features a 180 g/m² polyester-glass dual reinforcement, providing outstanding dimensional stability and exceptional tear strength.
The top surface is finished with fine sand, while the underside is coated with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) burn-off film for easy torch application.
Unlike conventional membranes, Flexowall contains no sand, fillers, or oils in its compound formulation — ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.
