In response to the global push for sustainability, Bitufa has launched a pioneering new venture: Leadax. Leadax represents the company’s transition from a linear to a circular economy, rethinking the way materials are used and reused. It develops innovative products based on recycled materials, PVB plastic from laminated glass, to replace traditional construction materials like lead and bitumen.

At the helm of this transformation is Mr. Roeland van Delden, the owner behind both Bitufa and Leadax. Under his guidance, the organization has evolved into a purpose-driven group, balancing innovation with environmental responsibility.
